Karma’s love of her life was Ted Harker. They spent years working together in their Real Estate Agency. In 1985 they picked up and moved to Hawaii. In 1992 they moved back home to Magrath. Mom designed and built their home in Magrath (which she had done twice before in Lethbridge) and enjoyed her time in her garden and yard which she loved. She spent time in the winter going through gardening magazines and starting her plants in her greenhouse to get ready for the summer. If you wanted to see Mom in the summer you could be sure it was outside in her garden!.
In 2004 Dad suffered a stroke while they were on holidays in California. Karma literally was by Dad’s side until his passing in 2010.
We are comforted in knowing that Mom is once again in Dad’s arms. Drena will be so excited to be with Mom once again.
