Everett Leroy Bailey “Leroy”

July 1, 1929 – May 14, 2021

Everett Leroy Bailey passed away peacefully at the age of 91. He is reunited with his loving wife Yvonne, who predeceased him in 2018.

Leroy will be deeply missed by his children: Allan (Shirley), Gary (Anita), Bonnie (John) Van Nistelrooy and Michelle (Doug) Edwards.

Also left to cherish his memory are 10 grandchildren: Jeff (Lynn), Jodie (Moira), Sarah (Stephanie), Ian (Melissa), Eric, Joel (Bitz), Ben (June), Matthew (Katherine), Jennifer (Doug), Megan (Dan), and Blessed with 6 great-grandchildren: Beau, Shea, Taryn, Saffi, Everett and Leo.

He will hold a special place in the hearts of many nieces, nephews and all who knew him.

We would like to acknowledge and thank Dr. Wilters, Dr. Fay and the staff and residents of Season’s Retirement Community for the wonderful care, compassion and friendship they gave to Leroy.

Leroy and Yvonne farmed the homestead in Sundial where they cultivated many lifelong friendships. They retired in 1986 and their love for the foothills and mountains drew them to Nanton, where they resided for 31 years.

Due to the gathering restrictions a private family graveside service will be held.

Harrison Dollard

1941 – 2021

Mr. Harrison Dollard of Lethbridge, beloved husband of Pat McMurren, passed away at Chinook Regional Hospital on Monday, May 17, 2021 at the age of 80 years.

RACZ

It is with great sadness that the family of BRENDA RACZ (née Arnold) announces her passing after a courageous battle with cancer, on Saturday, May 15, 2021 at the age of 61 years.

Brenda is survived by her stepchildren: Ryan Racz (Sammy Delmage), Nicole and Jim Tarswell and her siblings: Brent Arnold (Dorothy) and David Hind (Mary Capilano). Brenda will also be missed greatly by her grandchildren: Logan, Payten, Griffen and Rex as well as her nieces.

She was predeceased by her husband Ron Racz, and parents Milt Arnold and Gloria Taylor.

Special thanks to Karla Baker from the family for the days, nights and hours caring for Brenda and all she has done for Brenda in the past six months.

At Brenda’s request, no funeral will be held.
