Mr. Robert “Bob” Crighton of Lethbridge, passed away peacefully at Chinook Regional Hospital on Sunday, June 27, 2021 at the age of 79 years.

Ms. Hilda Dick of Lethbridge, formerly of Coaldale, passed away peacefully at St. Michael’s Palliative Care Centre on Thursday, June 24, 2021 at the age of 94 years.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, July 7, 2021 at MARTIN BROTHERS RIVERVIEW CHAPEL, 610-4th Street South, Lethbridge, Alberta with Pastor Gary Burke, officiating.
A Private Family Interment will follow in the Coaldale Mennonite Cemetery.

HOYTOS
LESLIE HOYTOS of Milk River, passed away on Monday, June 21, 2021, in the Milk River Long Term Care Centre at the age of 84 years.
Leslie was born on April 6, 1937, to Bert Sr. and Helen Hoytos at the family farm in the 1-17 district of Milk River, Alberta. He was the youngest of four children; Bert Jr., Steve, Pricilla and then Les. He was educated at the Banks View School in 1-17. After school years, he worked for local farmers before purchasing his farm southwest of Milk River in 1960. During his early years of farming, he also set up machinery for Quinn Motors in Milk River.
He married Bonnie (Lavon) Murton May 3, 1960, and welcomed his sons, Dennis and Rob. Les farmed a mixed cattle and grain operation until 2018, and he had a passion for John Deere and auction sales. In September of 2019, he moved to the Prairie Rose Lodge in Milk River, where he resided until June of 2021, and then moved into Milk River Long Term Care until his passing.
Les is survived by his sons; Dennis (Kim), of Milk River, and Rob (Barb), of Milk River; grandchildren Nicole (T.J) Howg of Coaldale, Ronald (Nicole), Jeff (Danielle), all of Lethbridge, and Brad (Bailey) of Milk River; great-grandchildren Roman, Navy, Jovan, Alyka, Finley, River, Avery and Olivia, special friends Laurence, Theresa, Nicole and Dillon Ell, and his ex-wife and mother of his children, Bonnie Lay.
A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, July 3, 2021, at 2:00 PM, in the Milk River Cemetery, with Reverend Marion Martin officiating.

JENNIFER ING
1979 – 2021
Jennifer Alexis Ing, beloved daughter of Ron and Diana Yoshihara passed away on June 14, 2021 at the age of 42.
Jennifer is survived by her children, Abigail and Nathan Heggie, Syprus, Alexis and Asia Ives. Siblings, Michelle Randles, Drina Yoshihara, Jennifer Robison (Jim), Russell Yoshihara (Megan) and Tiffany Holysinger and her many nieces and nephews. Jennifer was predeceased by her father Harold Ing, grandmother Olive Gruninger, aunts and uncles Dan and Arlene Gruninger, Reid Gruninger (Audrey),and Dennis Jessop (Sandra).
Jennifer was born February 25, 1979 in Lethbridge and raised in Magrath until she graduated in 1997. Her love for the fine arts refined her into the beautiful person she became. Jennifer loved singing, dancing, ballet and always performed at her best. Through her hands, Jennifer learned to play the piano and with her abilities, created many heartfelt and enjoyable moments for both friends and family.
And yet, her greatest love was becoming the mother to her five children. Being her kid’s biggest fan and supporter, Jennifer loved each of them completely and unconditionally. She taught them the importance of faith over fear and led by example, always displaying kindness to others.
When she had a moment of free time, Jennifer enjoyed a variety of hobbies including a love of fitness and was a sought after fitness trainer at “Bootcamp” with many clients vying for her ideas and abilities. Jennifer was a hard working person, who overcame many obstacles and while her life was sometimes challenging, Jennifer showed that life could also be beautiful.
Jennifer will always be known for her soft disposition, kindness of heart and for reaching out to support those struggling with similar challenges. When you think of Jennifer, celebrate the good memories you have. Remember that life is fragile and short and should be lived to the fullest.
Her presence in our lives will be sorely missed.

JONES
LINDA DARLENE JONES (NEE BUNTON), beloved wife of Brian Jones, of Lethbridge, passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, June 24, 2021 at the age of 71 years.
Along with her husband of 54 years, she will be lovingly remembered by their children, Rob (Tammy), Ron (Sonja) and Kurtis (Carla) Jones and families; brother Ron (Leila) and sister Sharon (Eric) and families as well as many cherished friends.
Linda worked for many years in healthcare administration.
In her leisure time she enjoyed golfing, curling, biking and playing baseball. Linda encouraged and supported her three boys in many sports over the years but especially in their efforts playing hockey. Once grandchildren came along, she enthusiastically supported their sport adventures too.
Linda loved the outdoors and especially enjoyed gardening and watching wildlife out at the farm.
She will be remembered by her family and friends for her determination; although she was small, she was fierce, especially on behalf of her family. Whatever she did, she put her whole heart into accomplishing.

Schmale, Wilhelmina

Wilhelmina passed away peacefully on Friday, June 25, 2021
Predeceased by her first husband Henry Kobus, her second husband Gerrit Schmale and their two sons Gerrit Junior and Duane Schmale.
She is survived by her two daughters, by her first husband, Carolyn (Garry) Jordan and Gwen (Ed) Vanee. Also survived by Gwen’s children Sheryl, Brian (Brenda), Stephen (Michelle) and Danny (Desiray) and 12 great-grandchildren. Also survived by her son Duane’s (Ava) children, Adam and Lorraine. Her sister Aleda Emmelkamp and her four daughters also survive her.
Wilhelmina dearly loved her grand and great-grandchildren and especially enjoyed their presence at her birthday gatherings. She was a talented seamstress, creating outfits for her daughters and herself, as well as for weddings, square dancing and other special occasions. Wilhelmina was a regular participant at Bible study.
A private, family celebration of Wilhelmina’s life will be held.
