ABE, Barbara BARBARA ABE 1963 – 2024 Miss Barbara (Barb) Abe of Lethbridge, passed away after a lengthy and courageous battle with cancer on Friday, April 12, 2024, at the age of 60 years.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 a.m, on Friday, April 26, 2024, at WESTSIDE COMMUNITY CHURCH, 480 MCMASTER BLVD W, Lethbidge, Alberta.
A private family interment will be held.

MANY CHIEFS, Faron MANY CHIEFS It is with great sadness we announce the sudden death of a son, father, uncle, nephew and cousin Faron Gustave Many Chiefs Jr. He was born on October 3, 1988 and passed away on April 2, 2024 in Winnipeg Manitoba. He was the youngest son of the late Faron Many Chiefs Sr. and Debbie Thompson of Winnipeg, Manitoba. Grandparents were the late Robert and Dora (nee Many Chiefs) Big Sorrel Horse, also family of the Creighton’s, Big Sorrel Horse, Many Chiefs and Striped Wolf, also numerous extended families as well on both sides of his parents families. The Funeral Service for Faron will be held on Friday, April 26 at 11:00 am at Legacy Funeral Home, Cardston. Faron will be laid to rest in Blood Band Cemetery, Stand Off, AB.

COLLIER, Ricky “Rick” Ricky “Rick” Floyd Collier 1954 – 2024 Ricky “Rick” Floyd Collier, beloved husband of Deborah “Debbie” Collier, passed away at Chinook Regional Hospital in Lethbridge, Alberta, on Saturday, April 20, 2024, at the age of 69 years.

MILLER, Glenn MILLER GLENN JOSEPH MILLER, of Lethbridge, beloved husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family at the Chinook Regional Hospital, on Sunday, April 21, 2024 at the age of 77 years.
Glenn will be laid to rest with his parents in Sherwood Park, Alberta, during a private Family Gathering at a later date.

ZEINSTRA, John ZEINSTRA JOHN ZEINSTRA, beloved husband of Christine Zeinstra, passed away peacefully at St. Michael’s Health Centre – Palliative Care Unit, on Tuesday, April 23, 2024 at the age of 80 years.

BRANDHORST, Nicholas NICHOLAS BRANDHORST 1933 – 2024 Mr. Nicholas Brandhorst of Lethbridge, beloved husband of Mrs. Tressa Brandhorst, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family at Chinook Regional Hospital on Friday, April 19, 2024, at the age of 91 years.
Nicholas was born in Leiden on January 11, 1933. He was raised in Moerkapelle, the Netherlands, and immigrated to Canada at the age of 17. After many years of working for the LNID, he started his studies to become a Journeyman Carpenter, and soon after started his own construction company, NEB Construction.
Besides his wife Tressa, Nicholas is survived by his daughter Joyce; 2 sons Jim (Heleen), and Dirk; grandchildren Neil (Miho), Dustin (Julie) Troy, Luke (Ayca); sister Teuntje; 4 stepchildren Deborah, Kevin, Jeff, and Corwin; 14 great grandchildren; 4 step grandchildren; and 2 step great grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his parents Jacobus and Teuntje Johanna; siblings Janny, Dirk, Cor, Marie and Nel.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday, April 25, 2024, at GRACE REFORMED CHURCH, 1402 – 8 Avenue North, Lethbridge, with Pastor Paul Van Stralen officiating. A private graveside service will be held prior in Archmount Cemetery.
