ANDERSON, Jeffrey ANDERSON Jeffrey Michael Anderson passed away on August 18, 2023 in Vernon, BC at the age of 39. He is the beloved son of Wendy Szabo and Larry Closs and Daniel and Angel Anderson. Brother to Caiden Closs, Cory Anderson and Jamie Smith.
The Celebration of Life that was previously scheduled for Sept 2023, has been rescheduled for Saturday, June 1, 2024. It will be held at 1:00 p.m. at the 702 Wing (174 Stubb Ross Road S., Lethbridge, AB.) Family and friends are welcome to attend.

GILMOUR, Gloria GLORIA JEAN GILMOUR April 1, 1955 – May 19, 2024 It is with profound sadness we announce the passing of our dear mother, sister, and friend. Gloria will be missed by son Jake Gilmour, daughter Akemi Gilmour (Rob Shimbashi), sister Gail Kamitomo (Bill Brennan), nephews Kyle Brennan, and Jonathan Brennan along with numerous cousins and friends. She was predeceased by her parents John and Fusako Kamitomo and infant brother.
Gloria spent most of her life in Raymond except for her university years in Edmonton. Gloria was a beloved teacher at the Raymond Elementary School where she taught for 30+ years. She was also a sensei with the Raymond Judo Club. She will be missed by many past students and judoka. Since her retirement she loved to travel with her good friends Sue Tulk and Sue Koegler.
Her real light were her children and being a mother. She was surrounded by her family at the time of her passing just as she always wanted.
Funeral will be held June 1 at 11:00 Am at the Raymond Elementary School Gym.
In lieu of flowers and koden please make a donation in Gloria’s name to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Raymond Judo Club.

CROOK, Claudine CROOK CLAUDINE CROOK, of Lethbridge, beloved wife of William John Crook, passed away at the Chinook Regional Hospital, on Monday, January 8, 2024, at the age of 66 years. Claudine fought a very brave battle with cancer. No longer in pain, may she rest in peace.
Claudine will be terribly missed and lovingly remembered by her son Chris (Ola) and their children: Evelette and William of Pincher Creek, and her daughter Amanda and her children: Eady and Leela (aka Alex) of Lethbridge.
