CALLING LAST, Woodrow CALLING LAST -BULLSHIELDS Woodrow Jody Dee Calling Last – Bullshields passed away on December 4, 2024 in Lethbridge, Alberta at the age of 49 years.
A Wake Service will be held at the Moses Lake Community Hall, Blood Reserve, Alberta on Friday, December 13, 2024 from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm, followed by the Funeral Service at 1:00 pm. Interment will take place in the Blood Band Cemetery, Blood Reserve.

CREDICO, Victoria VICTORIA CREDICO 1926 – 2024 Mrs. Victoria (Vicky) Credico (nee Lastuka), beloved wife of the late Mr. John Mario Credico, passed away peacefully at Good Samaritans Park Meadows on December 6, 2024, at the age of 98.

OSBORNE, Marlene Marlene Osborne
1941 – 2024
It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Shirley Marlene Osborne, our loving and devoted mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend to all whose lives she touched. She passed away on Saturday, December 7, 2024 after spending 83 wonderful years spreading love and joy to everyone that knew her. The Funeral Service will be held at Southland Funeral Chapel, 5006 – 48 Avenue, Taber on Thursday, December 12, 2024 at 1:00 P.M. with Life Celebrant Shelly Bassett officiating. Marlene is survived by her loving children Carol (Ed) Veldman of Monarch, Rod Osborne (Susan Villa) of Lethbridge and Linda Osborne (Rick Ehret) of Airdrie; granddaughter Amber McArthur (Ryan Kormos); great grandchildren Easton and Oakley Kormos; brother Don (Dale) Wells and a community of friends who were touched by her kindness and generous spirit. She was predeceased by her husband Russ Osborne; parents Charlie and Louise Wells and leaves behind a legacy of love and perseverance. Marlene was born in Lacombe, Alberta on April 25, 1941 and embraced life with enthusiasm and joy. She was married to the love of her life, Russ Osborne on March 2, 1959. Marlene dedicated many years to her career in hair dressing, which she still enjoyed doing on the side when she began her forever career at Taber Dry Cleaners. Marlene’s passions were not confined to her work, she was a master at gardening, sewing, picture taking and an avid scrap booker, which allowed her to connect with others and share her vibrant spirit. Not a day went by where Marlene didn’t talk about how much her late husband, children and grand babies meant to her, family was arguably her most important achievement in life. As the matriarch of our family, great grandma was a unifying presence. Her ability to make you happy with just her laughter, smile, strength, her ability to listen and her unconditional love was the glue that held us together.
