He is survived by wife Ann, daughter Kandie, son Kevin, sister Lori (Brian) Bell, grandsons: Cole (Spencer), Shane Eastwood, Joey, and Dillon, granddaughter Melissa (Nick) Kadash, and great-grandson Evan Kadash.
Gunner was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He really loved being goofy with his grandchildren.

For most of his adult life, Gunner worked at Canadian Western Natural Gas, later known as Atco.
Gunner loved his little piece of land and trailer in Pincher Creek, driving out there almost every weekend for decades. His musical tastes varied from Willie Nelson to Elvis. He loved getting together at Aunt Millie and Uncle Ted’s at Christmas and playing crib. He also loved playing sports, broomball, hockey, baseball, and fishing.
Gunner will be remembered for his love of life, his love for his wife Ann, and his love for his family. He will be dearly missed.
