HAWS, Veronica Gail VERONICA GAIL HAWS November 17, 1940 – March 15, 2025 With heavy hearts, our family announces the peaceful passing of our beloved mother, Mama and Nana, GAIL HAWS, in Lethbridge, Alberta.
Gail and her late husband, George Haws, were married in 1958 at Sacred Heart Cathedral in Kamloops and shared a wonderful life together for 58 years. He was the love of her life.
Together, they raised three children, whom they adored: Terry Haws-Webb, Gayleen Haws, and Ronald Haws (Velvet). Gail was endlessly proud of her grandchildren: Jonathan Huxtable (Becca), Jennifer Huxtable, and Sarah Hamilton (William) – and was overjoyed to be a great-grandmother to Kinsley and Noah Hamilton. She also formed many deep, meaningful, and lasting friendships.
Gail will be remembered as a beautiful, intelligent woman who lived with grace, kindness, and joy – and for her unforgettable laugh.
