High school basketball action

Raymond Comets remained undefeated with a 99-64 victory over the Catholic Central Cougars in Southern Alberta 4A Boys Basketball League play on Tuesday.
Jeter Heggie led the Comets (8-0) with 31 points while Boston Harker added 18. Brady Baines and Drake Still followed with 16 and 11 points respectively.
Cougars (0-8) were led by Josh Crawford with 14 points and Sebastian Plarisan added 11.
No junior varsity score was available.
In other action, the Medicine Hat High Mohawks (3-3) downed the LCI Rams 105-87 as Ethan Egert hit for 34 points and Aiden Gripp added 16.
Carter Johnson topped the Rams (4-5) with 16 points while Garrett Procee added 15. David Kindley was next with 13 points, followed by Brady Van Bruggen with 12, Tyler Oliver with 11 and Marshall Scott with 10.
In JV play, LCI defeated Medicine Hat 85-67 as Crew Hirsche tossed in 25 points and Carson Procee added 19.
Evans Gryffin replied with 15 for the Hat.
Chinook Coyotes improved to 4-4 with an 88-66 victory over the Winston Churchill Bulldogs (1-6).
Karson Valgardson paced the Coyotes attack with 24 points while Jared Rollingson and Brenden Sarmiento added 16 apiece. Aiden Doyle chipped in with 13.
Kevin Davies replied with 16 points for the Bulldogs and Marcus Pauly added 12.
In JV, Chinook outlasted Churchill 66-62 as Parker Walsh scored 18 points and Caden Lancaster and Lorenzo Blood added 15 apiece.
Phillippe Martin led Churchill with 29 points.
