Nagy, Easthope tied for 44th at Alberta Mid Amateur

Five southern Alberta golfers are teeing it up at the 2021 Alberta Mens Mid Amateur Championship in Edmonton this week.
After the opening day of play Monday, Lethbridge’s Justin Nagy of the Paradise Canyon Golf Resort and Cardston’s Melvin Easthope are tied for 44th following opening rounds of 76, while Magrath’s Russell Maxwell sits tied for 79th with a score of 79.
Lethbridge’s Ryan O’Donnell is tied for 139th after a Monday score of 82 and Mitch Maxwell of Magrath shot 92 to sit tied for 215th.
The Mid Amateur Championship goes until Wednesday.
