The Lethbridge Hurricanes announced their 2021-22 Western Hockey League schedule Tuesday.
The Hurricanes will play a full 68-game this winter consisting of 34 games at Enmax Centre and 34 games on the road.
Lethbridge opens the season on Oct. 1 when they host the Calgary Hitmen at Enmax Centre.
The team will play a total of nine games in October, 10 in November, eight in December, 14 in January, 11 in February, 14 in March and two in April, all within the Eastern Conference against Central and East Division opponents.
The Hurricanes will play a total of 40 games against Central Division opponents and 28 against the East.
That includes eight games (four at home, four on the road) against the Calgary Hitmen, Edmonton Oil Kings, Medicine Hat Tigers, Red Deer Rebels and Swift Current Broncos.
Lethbridge will play six games (three at home, three on the road) against the Moose Jaw Warriors and Regina Pats, while playing the Brandon Wheat Kings, Prince Albert Raiders, Saskatoon Blades and Winnipeg Ice each four times (two at home, two on the road).
The Hurricanes longest home-stand will consist of four games from Nov. 19 to Dec. 3.
Their longest road trip will be seven games, all in the East Division, from March 2-12.
The regular season schedule will conclude with a home-and-home series against the Tigers on April 1 and 2.
The Hurricanes begin training camp Sept. 8 at the Enmax Centre and open the preseason Sept. 17 against the Tigers.
