Iwaasa in second gold medal match of Pan Am Games

In the team event on Wednesday, the Canadian Men’s Racquetball team comprised of Lethbridge’s Coby Iwaasa and Sam Murray from Baie-Comeau, Que.dominated the competition by  defin the afternoon to set up the gold medal match today against the top team, Bolivia. This will assure Canada with another silver medal or possibly a gold medal.

The gold medal match is set for today  with two singles matches: Iwaasa vs Carlos Keller, then Murray vs Conrado Moscoso.  A third match will be men’s doubles if each country are tied with a win each.

This gold medal match comes after Iwaasa and Muray lost to Mexico in the men’s doubles final on Tuesday.
