The Prairie Baseball Academy Dawgs varsity baseball team improved their record 8-4 on the season after taking three of four road games off the Victoria Collegiate Golden Tide over the weekend.
“I thought we did OK especially with the long bus ride,” said Todd Hubka, PBA head coach.
“We came off on the Friday night and played a really good game. For spending 14 hours on a bus, and getting off and playing a nine-inning game, [we] played real tough and beat them 6-0 that night. So real happy with the way we handled that. We just can’t seem to put four in a row together and we’re still working on that.”
