Bulls to hold open practice

Baseball fans are encouraged to come down to Spitz Stadium this afternoon to watch the Lethbridge Bulls in an open practice as a part of the Western Canadian Baseball League  opening week festivities.

Fans will have the opportunity to watch the Bulls in a live practice and get a glimpse into the team’s preparation for the 2024 season.

Season ticket holders, flex pack holders and billets can come to the ball park beginning at 1 p.m. to have a meet and greet opportunity prior to the open practice.

“If you are a Bulls Season Ticket Holder, Flex Pack Holder, or Billet Family, please contact the Spitz Stadium Administration Offices to RSVP for your meet-and-greet,” as read in the release.

The general public will be able to enter the stadium to enjoy the first practice of the season at 2:30 p.m.

“The event promises to be a casual and enjoyable day of baseball for fans of all ages,” as read in the release.

Admission is free for all attendees.

The Bulls will kick off their 25th season Saturday in Okotoks in what will be the first game of a nine game road trip.

Lethbridge’s home opener is June 5 versus the Medicine Hat Mavericks .
