HAMILTON — The Hamilton Tiger-Cats have signed Canadian offensive lineman Brandon Revenberg to a one-year contract, the CFL club announced Tuesday.
The 33-year-old from Essex, Ont., earned All-CFL honours for the fifth time in his career last season and was named to the East Division All-CFL team for the sixth time.
Revenberg started all 18 regular-season games at left guard, giving passing leader Bo Levi Mitchell protection while opening up lanes for running back Greg Bell to rush for over 1,000 yards.
He was the East Division’s nominee for outstanding lineman for the fourth time.
The six-foot-four, 300-pound lineman has played in 156 career games over nine seasons since joining the Ticats in 2016.
He has missed just two games over his CFL career, neither due to injury.
