A noted expert in the field of talent development, who currently works for Major League Baseball International as a strength and conditioning consultant, will share his experiences and knowledge with a Lethbridge a crowd tonight.
During the first Winning Edge Seminar of 2015, hosted by the Alberta Sport Development Centre (ASDC) Southwest, Jeff Krushell will present “Keys to Success in Sports Performance.â€
It will take place tonight from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the University of Lethbridge in room PE 264.
Krushell has helped and worked with professional athletes, Olympians, internationally-renowned coaches, doctors, and sport scientists, during his past 20 years spent in the world of high performance sport.
He also currently hosts “The Krush Performance†radio show on TSN 1260 Edmonton, and, in the past, has worked as a strength and conditioning coach for the Toronto Blue Jays and Edmonton Eskimos.
