A noted expert in the field of talent development, who currently works for Major League Baseball International as a strength and conditioning consultant, will share his experiences and knowledge with a Lethbridge a crowd tonight.
During the first Winning Edge Seminar of 2015, hosted by the Alberta Sport Development Centre (ASDC) Southwest, Jeff Krushell will present â€œKeys to Success in Sports Performance.â€
It will take place tonight from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the University of Lethbridge in room PE 264.
Krushell has helped and worked with professional athletes, Olympians, internationally-renowned coaches, doctors, and sport scientists, during his past 20 years spent in the world of high performance sport.
He also currently hosts â€œThe Krush Performanceâ€ radio show on TSN 1260 Edmonton, and, in the past, has worked as a strength and conditioning coach for the Toronto Blue Jays and Edmonton Eskimos.
