Stick to pathways in wetlands

By Sulz, Dave on April 24, 2020.

LETHBRIDGE HERALD

Due to the fire which occurred Tuesday at the Elizabeth Hall Wetlands in the Lethbridge river valley, members of the public are being asked to only walk on the formal pathways in the area.

There may be hidden off-path dangers, so the Lethbridge Fire Department is recommending that until further assessments can take place, formal pathways are the only safe areas to use while practising proper social distancing.

With these precautions in place, the Elizabeth Hall Wetlands area remains open to the public.
