Advance polling numbers double 2017 results

Through the advance voting opportunities, 12 per cent of eligible Lethbridge voters cast their ballot for the 2021 Municipal Election.
Here’s how the early voters turned out at the polls:
·       ATB Centre total 4,642:
o   1,834 on October 16
o   1,364 on October 15
o   1,444 on October 14
·       Exhibition Park total 3,907:
o   1,212 on October 10
o   1,273 on October 9
o   1,422 on October 8
·       City Hall total 1,255
o   646 on October 2
o   609 on October 1
To compare, during the advance vote in 2017, there were 3,912 voters, or about five per cent of eligible voters.
