An arrest warrant has been issued for a Coaldale woman who was charged last month following a collision in a Lethbridge parking lot.
Taren Michelle Dalrymple was scheduled to appear in Lethbridge provincial court Thursday, but when she failed to show up the judge issued a warrant for her arrest.
Dalyrmple, 39, and Robert McPherson, 44, were arrested Nov. 15 after police received several calls about a vehicle colliding with an unoccupied vehicle in the Centre Village Mall parking lot in the 1200 block of 2A St. N. When police arrived they found the idling vehicle still in the parking lot. Two people were asleep inside and no one was injured.
During a search police found fentanyl, cocaine, more than a dozen unidentified prescription pills, three knives, pepper spray and a collapsible baton.
McPherson of Lethbridge was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance, carrying a concealed weapon, six counts of failure to comply with conditions of an undertaking, and failure to comply with a release order. He also received tickets for a number of traffic violations, and was released with a court appearance scheduled for Dec. 9.
Dalrymple was charged with three counts of failure to comply with conditions of an undertaking. She was also released, and ordered to appear in court Thursday.
