Three charged after Tuesday drug bust

Three people have been charged after Lethbridge police seized drugs, weapons cash and stolen property.
The seizures came after Lethbridge Police Service conducted an investigation into activity consistent with drug trafficking.
LPS members, with the assistance of the Safer Communities and Neighbourhoods arm of the Alberta Sheriffs, the Priority Crimes Unit, Crime Suppression Team, Downtown Patrol Unit and the Tactical Unit, executed search warrants Tuesday at a home on the 500 block of 19 St. South as well as a commercial business bay in the 1700 block of 31 St. N.
Three people were arrested without incident and seized following a search were drugs with a street value of about $3,000, including 34 grams of methamphetamine and 2.2 grams of psilocybin, also known as mushrooms. Police also seized three firearms and ammunition, $1,900 in cash in proceeds of crime and stolen property including a motorcycle and another vehicle with a total value of about $2,400.
Christina Lynn Guest, 35, of Lethbridge, is charged with two counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking, possession of stolen property, possession of stolen property obtained by crime, careless use/storage of a firearm and two counts of unauthorized possession of a firearm. She was released after a Judicial Interim Release hearing with a scheduled court appearance of March 10.
Brandon Douglas Rourke, 34, of Lethbridge, is charged with two counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking, possession of stolen property, possession of stolen property obtained by crime, careless use/storage of a firearm and two counts of unauthorized possession of a firearm. He was released after a Judicial Interim Release hearing with a scheduled court appearance of Feb. 25.
Travis Robert Taylor, 30, of Lethbridge, is charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking, possession of stolen property, possession of stolen property obtained by crime, careless use/storage of firearm, unauthorized possession of a firearm and two counts of breach of undertaking. He was released after a Judicial Interim Release hearing with a scheduled court appearance of March 30.
