Dorothy and Bob met at the John Neil ranch south of Burdett and they were married on September 21, 1940. In 1950 they moved to the Cowe¹s ranch north of Bow Island where they raised their four children along with sheep, cows, chickens, pigs. They moved to the farm closer to Bow Island in 1958.
