1921 – 2018
George Forchuk, beloved husband of the late Jeanette Forchuk, passed away in Lethbridge on Tuesday, July 3, 2018 at the age of 97 years.

Cheryl Kaye Iron Shirt
It is with great sorrow and sadness that we announce the passing of Cheryl Iron Shirt on Saturday, June 30, 2018, in Brocket at the age of 56 years.
Cheryl is survived by her husband Elroy One Owl and her grandchildren and great granddaughter.
A Prayer Service will be held at the Snodgrass Funeral Home (Pincher Creek) on Thursday July 5, 2018 at 2:00 pm with Mel Boerema officiating, followed by a two-day wake at Elroy & Cheryl’s home in Brocket.
The Funeral Service for the late Cheryl Iron Shirt will be held at the Piikani Nation Community Hall in Brocket, AB, on Saturday, July 7 at 1:00 pm with Mel Boerema officiating. Interment to follow at the Piikani Nation Cemetery in Brocket, Alberta.

Mr. Jurjen Jagersma of Coaldale, beloved husband of Mrs. Gail Jagersma, passed away at the Coaldale Health Centre on Wednesday, July 4, 2018 at the age of 86 years.

LARSON
It is with much sadness that we announce the passing of FRANCES DENISE LARSON. After a courageous battle with cancer Frances, better known as Denise, Mom, Grandma or Grams, passed away peacefully at the St. Michael’s Health Care Centre in Lethbridge surrounded by family on Friday, June 29, 2018, at the age of 76 years.
A Celebration of Denise’s Life will take place at the EVANGELICAL FREE CHURCH, Highway #4, just East of the 43rd Street intersection, Lethbridge, Alberta on Thursday, July 5, 2018 at 1:00 P.M. with Pastors Dr. George Takashima and Mark Dyck officiating. A Private Family Interment will precede the service.

Alfred Young
1932 – 2018
Alfred Wesley Young, beloved husband of Yvonne Young of Lethbridge, passed away suddenly on Sunday, July 1, 2018 at his home.
Born and raised in Lethbridge, AB, where he lived his whole life, he worked for AGT for 33 years.
He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Yvonne, and their 3 children Debra (Warren) of Lethbridge, Pat of Lethbridge, Len (Renee) of Lethbridge; in addition, He was adored by his 6 grandchildren Melissa, Matthew, Joey, Adam, Ryan, Justin and 3 great-grandchildren.
He will be missed by all of his family and friends and all that knew him.
He spent most of his life enjoying the outdoors: hunting, camping, fishing, he also loved his garden and yard. We will all miss the wonderful hunting and fishing stories. Dad was the starter of our passion for the outdoors. He was a happy joker and loved being the joker.
As per Alfred’s wishes, there will be no formal service.
Flowers are gratefully declined, for those who wish, memorial donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Alberta, 119 – 14 Street NW #200, Calgary, AB T2N 1Z6.
