Carmen Chief Calf of Stand Off, beloved daughter of Ritchie and Rose Chief Calf, passed away on August 1, 2018 at the age of 36 Years
A family service will be held at 3:00 P.M. on Thursday August 9, 2018 at Eden’s Funeral Home 2424 5th Ave, Fort Macleod followed by a wake service at 6:00 P.M. at White Calf Hall in Stand Off, AB.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Friday August 10, 2018 at White Calf Hall in Stand Off, AB. Interment to follow a St. Catherine’s Cemetery. Condolences can be sent to condolences@edensfuneralhome.com

SHIZUE “SUE” KADO, beloved wife of the late Yorio “York” Kado, passed away with her family by her side on Saturday, August 4, 2018, at the age of 87 years.

NISH
GARY LEE NISH passed away in Cardston, Alberta, on August 1, 2018, after a year long battle with gastric cancer. His funeral will be held on Friday, August 10, at 11:30 am at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints South Hill Chapel in Cardston. Friends may meet the family from 10:15 – 11:15 prior to the service.

POVEY
SHEILA GAYLE POVEY, passed away with her family at her side at the Chinook Regional Hospital in Lethbridge, on Saturday, August 4, 2018 at the age of 83.
Sheila is survived by her husband William Povey; children Sharon (Darrell) Nason, Neal (Mel) Povey and Lynette (Bob) Billington; as well as six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister Cheryl (Brian) Gash of Taber, AB.
Sheila was predeceased by her father Richard Mercer, mother Evelyn Mercer, sister Valerie Stafford, brother-in-law Rod Stafford and niece Wendy Fyfe.
Sheila was a compassionate, thoughtful and honourable woman who loved her family and animal companion, Bobbie.
Bill and Sheila were married on September 15, 1956. She loved playing golf in her younger years, and watching it on TV after she could no longer play.
A Funeral Service will be held at CORNERSTONE FUNERAL HOME, 2800 Mayor Magrath Drive South, Lethbridge, AB, on Wednesday, August 8, 2018 at 1:00 P.M. with Canon Allan McCuaig officiating.
A Private Family Interment will be held prior to the service in Mountain View Cemetery.
