Mrs. Linda Aspeslet, beloved wife of Mr. Doug Aspeslet passed away suddenly on September 13, 2018 at the age of 72 years.

It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Bruna Cattapan, at Good Samaritan West Highland on Wednesday, September 12, 2018 at the age of 92. A Vigil Rites Prayer Service will be held at 7:00pm on Tuesday, September 18, 2018 at MARTIN BROTHERS RIVERVIEW CHAPEL, 610 – 4 Street S., Lethbridge, Alberta. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects 1 hour prior. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 1:00pm on Wednesday, September 19, 2018 at ST. MARTHA’S CATHOLIC CHURCH, 355 Columbia Blvd. W, Lethbridge, Alberta, with Father William Monis. Interment to follow in the Mountain View Cemetery.

RATKAI
MARIA ELIZABETH RATKAI, beloved partner of Frank Malesan, of Lethbridge, passed away peacefully at the Chinook Regional Hospital, on Friday, September 14, 2018 at the age of 68 years.
She is the loving mother of Michelle Ratkai and Tony Ratkai, both of Lethbridge. She is also survived by her brother Ernie (Cathy) Sury, nieces Rosemary Sury, Charlene (Paolo), Luciano, Vittoria, Adriano and Eliana Saccon.
She was predeceased by her daughter Christine, mother Maria and father Louis.
Maria Elizabeth Ratkai was a dedicated mother, partner, friend and nurse. She was diagnosed with Lupus more than 25 years ago and fought a long, courageous battle with the love and support of her nursing colleagues and family. As the disease progressed, she faced the increasing challenges head on with Frank Malesan by her side. The family would like to thank all of those that took the time to visit and support her during this long and difficult battle.
A Celebration of her Life will be held at CORNERSTONE FUNERAL HOME, 2800 Mayor Magrath Drive South, Lethbridge, AB, on Thursday, September 20, 2018 at 11:00 A.M.
