BOSKER

On November 2, 2020, the Lord took home our beloved wife, mother, oma, and great-oma ANN BOSKER at the age of 85. Ann is lovingly remembered by her husband of 64 years, Peter; her children Gord (Deb), Joyce (Charles), Marlene (Ken), Sharon (Ed); 16 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

Throughout her life Ann served her Savior using her gifts in many ways. She was devoted to her family. She had an incredibly selfless heart and was most happy serving others. Ann delivered Meals-on-Wheels for over 40 years and volunteered many hours at the Bibles for Missions Thrift Store. For many years Ann faithfully visited many shut-ins, widows, widowers, and hospitalized friends on a regular basis.

Ann’s love of her Savior was always evident and she had an unshakable confidence that she was a child of God. She was loved by many for her gentle spirit and kind heart.

Following a family graveside service, a Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 Friday, November 6th at Trinity Christian Reformed Church 13427 57 Street NW, Edmonton. Dr. Zoltan Daroczi

1963 – 2020

Dr. Zoltan Daroczi of Lethbridge passed away at Chinook Regional Hospital on Thursday, October 29, 2020 at the age of 57 years.

DEGENSTEIN

TARA GAY (RHODES) DEGENSTEIN passed away at the Raymond Health Centre, on Monday, November 2, 2020 at the age of 66 years.

She is survived by her husband Doran, sister Roxy (Larry Stevenson), son Jassen Wutzke (Holly), daughters Lisa Perlitz and Jody (Ross Edwards). She is also survived by nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Tara was born in Lethbridge spending most of her years in Southern Alberta and for the last 10 years working at Holy Spirit School Division, most recently in Coaldale.

Along with her family and friends, her next greatest love was her animals. She will be remembered for her tenacity, sense of humour and her work with her teams of draft horses and ponies.

A graveside service will be held at the farm at 202002 Township Road 74, Lethbridge County (Wilson Siding).

Following COVID protocols, guests are asked to remain in their vehicles as directed to allow viewing of the service. The service will also be broadcast on Facebook Live.

JOSEPHINE CATHERINE

RINGDAHL

July 23, 1916 – October 28, 2020

Our hearts are aching as we bid farewell to an extraordinary woman who saw the good in all. Jo was raised in Strathmore, Alberta. She and Ralph (d. 1983) were very involved in the Vauxhall community where they raised their family. Jo moved to Vancouver in 2001. Time with her family and her strong network of dear friends was very precious to her throughout her life. Jo is survived by her loving children Sally, Jo (Don), Carl (Brenda nee McNally), Rita, Beth (Ian), her adored grandchildren Eric, Amy (Andrew), Laura (Tom) and David (Sara) and five great grandchildren Claire, Connor, James, Jamie and Grace. She was predeceased by son Richard and daughter-in-law Joan.

A private family Mass will be held at Guardian Angels Parish in Vancouver on Friday, November 6, at 11am PST. The family invites you to share your condolences or watch the service via a livestream link that will be posted on https://www.raincoastfuneral.com/obituaries/josephine-catherine-ringdahl.

Jo’s ashes will be interred in the Vauxhall cemetery beside her beloved husband, Ralph, who has been waiting patiently for 37 years. Flowers are gratefully declined. Mrs. Lucyna Osko of Lethbridge, beloved wife of the late Mr. Marian Osko, passed away at St. Michael’s Long-Term Care Centre on Sunday, November 1, 2020 at the age of 96 years.

FRANCES ELIZABETH SLEMKO (née Wadden), beloved wife of the late Steve Slemko, slipped gently into heaven, at the Sunny South Lodge in Coaldale, on Sunday, October 25, 2020, at the age of 98 years.

A Prayer Service will be held at ST. AMBROSE CATHOLIC CHURCH, 1513 – 23 Avenue, Coaldale, AB, on Wednesday, November 4, 2020 at 7:00 P.M. with Father Ian Gagne officiating.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at ST. AMBROSE CATHOLIC CHURCH, on Thursday, November 5, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. with Father Ian Gagne celebrating. For those unable to attend, the Mass will be live streamed and may be accessed via Frances’ obituary on the Cornerstone website.

Following the Mass, Frances will be laid to eternal rest in Coaldale Cemetery.

A private family Funeral Mass will take place on Wednesday, November 4, 2020 at ST. BASIL’S ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH, 604 13 St N, Lethbridge, Alberta, with Father Kevin Tumback, celebrant.

Interment will follow at the family plot in Standoff, Alberta.

WALLINDER, Vivian

Vivian Wallinder passed away on Oct. 31st, 2020 at the Lethbridge Regional Hospital at the age of 88. She fought cancer for the past 18 months. She was a resident at Good Samaritan West Highlands Center, where she formed many special friendships. Her family thanks the staff at West Highlands for the compassionate care she received and the staff on 3C at the Lethbridge Regional Hospital who provided her with excellent care in her final days.

Terry Dean Woolf

April 19, 1955

– October 27, 2020

Terry Woolf of Lethbridge, beloved husband of Gayle, passed away peacefully at the Chinook Regional Hospital on October 27, 2020 at the age of 65 years.

Terry was born on April 19, 1955, in Cardston, AB. He married the love of his life, Gayle Edwards on December 19, 2003.

Besides his loving wife Gayle, Terry is survived by his siblings: Lynda (Keith) Barker: Arlene Dyer; and Kevin (Angela) Woolf; sisters-in-laws Debbie Edwards and Lynne Edwards; brothers-in-laws Kevin (Mary Jane) Edwards, Brian (Geneal) Edwards, Darrell (Janet) Edwards, and Ken (Marsha) Edwards as well as many nieces and nephews and their families.

Terry was predeceased by his parents Glen and Ella Woolf, his father/mother-in-law George and June Edwards and brother-in-law Bob Edwards.

A private funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, November 6, 2020 at MARTIN BROTHERS RIVERVIEW CHAPEL, 610 – 4th Street South, Lethbridge, Alberta.
