1927 – 2021

Mrs. Maria D’agnone of Lethbridge, beloved wife of Mr. Felix D’agnone, passed away peacefully at Chinook Regional Hospital on Tuesday, January 19, 2021 at the age of 93 years.

JENSEN

HOPE HARKER JENSEN, our loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great great grandmother, sister, aunt and friend was reunited with her eternal companion Raymond A. Jensen on January 18, 2021. She passed away peacefully and was welcomed to a joyous reunion.

Hope was born January 25, 1923 in Magrath, Alberta. Her life was full of love, family and service. Most important in her life were family and her faith in Jesus Christ. She was a dedicated member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, and spent her life in service to family, church, friends and community.

Hope is survived by her children, Sylvia (Robert) Leishman, Philip (Linda), Glen (Shauna), Murray (Bev), Bruce (Kendra), Randal (Karianne), 25 grandchildren, 72 great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren; sisters Martha Wright and Gloria (Tye) Alston. She is predeceased by her husband of 72 years, Raymond Jensen, her parents Nephi and Harriette Harker, brothers Cline (Alice) Harker, Ray (Bernice) Harker, sisters Phoebe (Blaine) Norton, Mable (Mirza) Pack, Lamar (Ed) Ashton, Fern (Max) Heggie, Vivian (Bob) Avery and Joan (Ron) Ririe.

Mom, we will miss you dearly. We are so grateful for your example of love, faith and service for us to strive to follow.

Special thanks to Dr. Wallace Tollestrup and the staff at the Prairie Ridge Good Samaritans in Raymond.

1931 – 2021

Mrs. Margaret Malmberg of Lethbridge, beloved wife of the late Mr. Clare Malmberg passed away at St. Michaels Palliative Care on Saturday, January 16, 2021 at the age of 89 years.

A private family Funeral Service will be held at 11:00am on Friday, January 22, 2021 at MARTIN BROTHERS RIVERVIEW CHAPEL, Lethbridge, Alberta. DOROTHY JOAN STROEVE, beloved wife of Ben Stroeve, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 17, 2021 at the age of 89 years.

Due to COVID 19 restrictions, the Mass will be by invitation only. It will be live streamed and may be accessed via Dorothy’s obituary on the Cornerstone Website.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, January 21, 2021 at 11:00 AM with Father William Monis celebrating.
