BROWN

With great sadness, we announce the passing of GORDON E. BROWN, of Lethbridge, on Sunday, February 7, 2021, at the age of 88 years.

Gordon is survived by his loving wife, Marilyn Brown; sons Robert (Marion) and Glenn; stepsons Bruce and Steven Kirk; his grandchildren and great- grandchildren.

Gordon was predeceased by his mother Evelyn, and stepsons Rick Kirk and Jeff Kirk.

A private Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, February 13, 2021, at 12:00 PM. The Service will be livestreamed and accessible through Gordon’s obituary on the Cornerstone website.

KAZUO (KAY) KITAGAWA

It is with deep sadness the family of Kazuo (Kay) Kitagawa of Lethbridge beloved husband of Kumiko (Rosemary) on January 30, 2021. Kay died peacefully in his sleep in the Chinook Regional Hospital after a lengthy illness. As a result of the restrictions regarding COVID-19 and the government recommendations, and respecting dad’s wishes, a private family funeral service was held at Christensen Salmon Generations Funeral Home, Lethbridge on Saturday, February 6 2021 at 3:00 P.M. Cremation has taken place.

Robert “Bob” James Rolick

1947 – 2021

Bob Rolick of Lethbridge passed away at the Parkview Meadows Good Samaritan’s Residence in Lethbridge on February 5, 2021 of the age of 73 years. He will be remembered with love by his daughter Dana; brother Bud (Faye) Rolick and niece Bille Jo (Geoff). Bob was predeceased by his parents, Bill Rolick in1986 and Peggy Rolick in1999

Bob grew up in Burstall, Saskatchewan, and later spent most of his adult life working for Alberta Transportation in Medicine Hat and Lethbridge. He spent most of his winters curling, becoming quite proficient at it and made many friends throughout Saskatchewan and Alberta. But, his main enjoyment was world travel; starting at the age of 18 and ending recently when he had to return from Thailand due to Covid.

At Bob’s request, no funeral will be held. A private family interment will take place at a later date in Hillside Cemetery, Medicine Hat. CLARENCE WATSON, beloved husband of Julie Watson, of Lethbridge, passed away at the South Health Campus, Calgary on Tuesday, February 9, 2021 at the age of 85 years.
