TAILFEATHERS, Fredrick Robert TAILFEATHERS FREDRICK ROBERT “ROB” TAILFEATHERS, “Iitspahnkii” (Sings From Above), passed away on February 6, 2023 in Lethbridge, AB at the age of 68 years. The Wake Service will be held this Thursday, February 9, at Legacy Funeral Home, Cardston from 5:00 – 9:00 pm. The Funeral Service will be held at St. Paul’s Anglican Church, Blood Reserve on Friday, February 10 at 11:00 am. WAUTERS, Eugene WAUTERS EUGENE PHILIP WAUTERS, beloved husband of Virginia Wauters, passed away at the Chinook Regional Hospital, on Monday, February 6, 2023 at the age of 86 years.
A Prayer Service will be held at CORNERSTONE FUNERAL HOME, 2825 – 32 Street South, Lethbridge, AB, on Monday, February 13, 2023 at 7:00 P.M. with Deacon Frank Peta officiating.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at OUR LADY OF THE ASSUMPTION CATHOLIC CHURCH, 2405 – 12 Avenue South, Lethbridge, AB, on Tuesday, February 14, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. with Father Philip Van Tinh Lee celebrating.
Both the Prayer Service and Funeral Mass will be live-streamed and may be viewed through Eugene’s obituary on the Cornerstone website.
Following the Funeral Mass, Eugene will be laid to rest in Royal View Cemetery.

BOTA, Declan DECLAN BOTA 2018 – 2023 Master Declan Lee Bota of Lethbridge, beloved son to parents Thomas and Lora, and adored brother of Alexander, Cayleigh, and Bethany, passed away at his home on Sunday, January 15, 2023, at the age of 4 years.
Declan was born in Red Deer, Alberta on April 11, 2018. He was raised in Lethbridge and attended Galbraith Elementary EEP Program. He loved music, blocks and putting things in lines. Declan always had a smile for everyone and loved to explore the world around him. He will be dearly missed by not just his family, but also his camping family.
Besides his loving parents Thomas and Lora, Declan leaves behind his sisters Cayleigh and Bethany; brother Alexander; grandparents Brad Shaw, Karen Miers, Tom Dulewich, and Chris and Arlen Unrau.
He was predeceased by his grandparents Donna and Elved Hughes and great grandparents Bertha and Ron Bota.
A Celebration of Declan’s life will take place at 2:00 pm, on Friday, February 10, 2023, at MARTIN BROTHERS RIVERVIEW CHAPEL, 610, 4 STREET SOUTH, Lethbridge, Alberta. Please feel free to wear bright colors, especially purple and green which were Declan’s favorite colors!
