Recount for ‘sore loser’

I understand the editor in chief of the Oxford English Dictionary, the storied OED, has proposed a new definition for the term, “sore loser.”
I also understand that after initially gaining majority support from the OED’s editorial board the proposal is now the subject of a recount.
