Editor: I must admit the PM is as colourful as his socks. He is now on a Liberal fund-raising campaign and is taking jabs at any premier who criticizes his inability to get vaccines by distorting the facts to a point Trump would be proud of his spin!
The PM is famous for his comments that Canada should punch above its weight class internationally and forms part of his obsession with global warming!
We have to be first to self-destruct! He insisted Canada has to have a Security Council Seat at the UN, because of the greater influence Canada would have and of course give him more personal clout. So it’s always about making him look better and Canada punching above its weight!
So the spin on the vaccine has to persist because this guy is a flyweight in a heavyweight contest.
One cannot raise the fact that we are 55th in the world in administering dosages because of his inability even to meet the minimums to get vaccines in Canada as a G7.
One also cannot mention the fact that the his “Liberal Medial Advisory Board” suddenly agrees that we can spread out the first and second dose to four months so they can save the PM’s butt and change the numbers of half/vaccinated people to help cover his failed strategy!
Remember Canada took this unprecedented step of spreading doses because of Liberal ineptness!
Don’t believe the B.S .of getting more people immunized because if we had the doses afforded to our weight class, we would not have to delay second dosing! Trudeau of course makes a mockery out of the HC approval process and the stated 21-day spacing between shots by both manufacturers so he can herald four million people vaccinated when in fact it’s really about four million “half vaccinated”.
He rants about how he has arranged for hundreds of millions of vaccines that of course never arrive. He then takes from COVAX to save his political butt.
So between not giving seniors their second shot and stealing dosages from COVAX to make up for his shortfall, he goes on the Liberal spin campaign to raise money!
Just how stupid does he think Canadians are? Obviously quite stupid, and its working!

It is telling to compare Canadian provinces. Each province has the same percent if the population vaccinated, yet the varied outcomes seem to depend on leadership. Those doing poorly, of course, seek to shift blame the federal government, as propagated by Dennis.
If you want to see the actual stats on vaccination rates between countries (rather than the propaganda):
https://ourworldindata.org/covid-vaccinations
How many of these countries have a lab making these vaccines for them while Kenney scraped the super lab that had been approved to be built in Edmonton that could have been used to make them down the road. Everyone in Edmonton is pointing their finger at Kenney for scraping it.
Of course destroying our water supply, closing provincial parks, driving out rural doctors so he can close their health care systems, privatizing the land titles offices and the RCMP proves how stupid this guy is and guys like Dennis aren’t any smarter. He has certainly proven that. He supports anyone who attaches the conservative name to theirs. The conservatives in my world aren’t that stupid.
Canada is the only country delaying the 2nd Dose and so our ranking of immunized countries is skewed because the rest are double dosing. So cut the number of people in Canada that are fully immunized by 40% and you get the actual position which is 42nd in the world, up from 55th when I wrote the article.
So glad Fedup got to raise provincial politics and his famous dead Conservatives!
Thanks for proving my point . While the rest of us are smart enough to try to stop these Reformers from destroying us you prove you love to support them. Being losers like they have proven they are is just right for you. You love to be a loser. Way to go.
Why don’t you and you Reform Party buddy Johnny 57 give us a list of all the wonderful things they have done for Albertans over the years, while the true conservatives tried to vote them out?
Do you see anything in my letter addressing ANY Provincial Politics? You are truly losing it FC
Another aspect, Dennis, that should be considered is that half of those countries ahead of Canada are tiny island nations or city-states. Vaccinating a few dudes on the beach puts them ahead of us.
Regardless, as long as we are dependent on other countries we will have to accept that position. Unless, that is, we invade Belgium, which might just work if we surprise them.
The ranking is based on numbers per 100 , so it is always proportional. It also demonstrates which countries are getting the vaccine and which are not. Here is an easier chart to read https://www.atlas-mag.net/en/article/covid-19-vaccine-ranking-of-countries-per-doses-administered you will note we are ranked 48th as of 5 days ago
In the end, we will see just how much a failure this has been as soon as you see the results of Wave 3 which we are now in.
Once again Dennis insists on proving how ignorant he is. While this phoney conservative Jason Kenney treats him like a moron he hurls sarcastic comments at the Liberals while he supports one. Kenney has never been a true conservative but Dennis doesn’t care. While the true conservatives in my world aren’t fans of Trudeau we trust him a lot more than we do these damn reformers, but Dennis doesn’t understand that.
As a friend says he is all mouth and no brains. You don’t need to be genius to understand what Kenney has been trying to do to this province. Deliberately trying to destroy everything our hero Peter Lougheed created for us.
There is nothing intelligent about cutting $9.4 billion off taxes for his rich friends then promises to cut thousands of health care and education jobs to make up for this revenue cutting stupidity, while he privatizes our police forces by kicking out the RCMP that Ottawa pays a large portion of their provincial costs for us.
The fact is this Reformer Erin O’Toole is already failing in the polls for his idiotic idea of wanting to destroy the CBC when many remote areas still need them and is planning to cut $36 billion off the provinces health care payments to force Canadians into a privatized system, most Canadians aren’t dumb enough to support that, but I bet Dennis does.
sorry, but cannot agree. there is much to dislike about trudeau, the lack of vaccines is not entirely his fault. we can be more on point in blaming our federal govts of all stripes. the practice in canada of selling out almost all things canadian to foreign corps is endemic. the list is long. what canada manufactures that is canadian owned is a tiny blip. we are a subsidiary nation, too long sucking at the teat of the usa, and too long now in bed with other notorious human violators, such as saudi arabia and china. well, at least we have french’s ketchup. oh, check that: uses canadian tomatoes, produced in canada, but owned by mccormick, usa.
So do you want to see the Reformers destroy your health care system? Are you going to ignore what Klein did to us using Reform Party policies? Are you going to ignore what Reformer Kenney has been trying to do to us?
Just the fact that he cut taxes for the rich and is planning to cut thousands of health care and teaching jobs is enough for us to know you can’t trust him. Five of our best friends lost their jobs when Klein played this same game.
Those of us from the world of finance know that our low dollar value makes it a buyers market for American companies wanting to buy up Canadian businesses and you certainly can’t blame the governments for that. It’s been happening for years no matter what party is in power.
we agree that klein greatly undermined albertans; we agree govts calling themselves cons since at least the 1990s here were and are hardly not cons relative to the decades prior. perhaps we agree that this is the case federally, too, where we would have go all the way back to times prior to mulroney, who ushered in neo-lib/neo-cons economic policies that began the erosion of canada’s middle class. it was also that govt that began the neo-con social agenda of undermining rights and freedoms in our country, starting with the zero tolerance – equaling zero brains approach – on “drugs”. subsequently, the authoritarian zealots/religious-holier-than-thou freaks had their in.
not sure what is the basis for the rhetorical questions, and, are they directed at me? my point is that blaming trudeau for our vaccine deficit is not entirely correct; i pin blame on each of the cons and libs that have governed back and forth – each doing next to nothing to help create canadian owned production. as i noted, we give it all up to foreign owned entities, not only technology, but of course, our resources. please re-read the entry.
Despite Trudeau’s foibles and missteps, voting intentions indicate, like it, or not, that the Trudeau Liberals may well attain a majority if an election were to be held soon, which it will, by all appearances. The folks ‘out east’, i.e. the Atlantic provinces and Ontario will determine the votes. The Conservatives need the NDP to do really well in order to slide in, but that may not happen. And, Erin O’Toole is undynamically fumbling around.
You have nailed it. Canadians are quickly realizing what these Reformers are doing to us and Kenney has proven it. Eastern Canadians are certainly watching what he does to Alberta.
They know O’Toole is another Harper clone and more and more are indicating they don’t want him running the show. The true conservatives in my world certainly don’t .
We true conservatives blame these stupid Conservative Parties for allowing the Reformers to get control of their parties and deliberately destroy what the conservatives have accomplished for us. They should never have joined forced with the Reformers. If you want to see your Public Health Care system destroyed these are the guys you want. My American relatives say we would be damn fools to let it happen.
The MLAs from the Lougheed era that I knew were right you can’t trust them and they weren’t surprised that Reformers Harper, Manning, Jean, Smith Prentice and Scheer were all defeated in elections and they knew Kenney would be next. Sadly all the ones I knew have passed on.
Skip-skip-skip-skip! Dam-it the FC record is skipping again! Might just be time for a new one.
Another wonderful Reform Party supporter trying to prove what a loser he is. Can’t find any true facts to back anything he says, just idiotic comments. Him and Dennis have become the joke of the town. It’s fun watching them.
Yes, I have been informed by many many people that you are the mainstay of info for the Lethbridge Herald and they are considering on allowing you a section of the paper just for your memories of dead politicians to be encapsulated in perpetuity
Great letter Dennis! Hard to take Trudope seriously when he is all “Flare” and no “substance.”
