Why won’t Kenney deal with the unvaccinated?

I am impressed how Quebec mandated vaccination proof to gain access to liquor and marijuana stores. Selfish non-vaxers who won’t get jabs, despite a collapsing health system, may drop their resistance in order to get booze or grass. Alberta foolishly tried bribing people $100 to get vaccinated and failed. Why is Kenney reluctant to press non- vaxers My belief is he fears the Wildrose members , many anti vaccination, within his own party.

I had covld and survived, and am now immune. Why should I vax, its a waste of time and money. The secret of the vax is increased and steady income for big pharma plus kick back to the politicos. because it does not prevent infection or transmission so its a very steady income.
And the majority of people in ICU’s being the unvaccinated is simply being fabricated by the doctor working there? You think he can’t count?
if you look up the stats. majority of those admitted to hospital have other underling problems.
Also, you can still get it again, and who knows if that will be worse, and can still transmit it without even knowing it, and there may still be another variant! So a classic no-brainer. And big pharma’s not going anywhere either, regardless of all you misinformed holdouts.

Again, perhaps, a suggestion would be, to bring back Alberta Health Care premiums, for everyone. Not only has health care for the COVID pandemic been expensive, but it is still, expensive for other health conditions/surgeries/treatments, etc. The premiums were cancelled in the Stelmach boom years. Alberta is 80,000 + surgeries behind let alone delayed diagnostics so it is going to be expensive to catch up.
It could be said that this might be a congenial solution instead of singling out groups, i.e. the anti-vaxxers (who are not, anti-treatment when lives are on the line), those with heart disease, diabetes, cancer, long term care costs…..it may be better for everyone to chip in, on the whole.
It was Peter Lougheed who gave us a choice of voting for health care premiums or a sales tax to help pay for our health care costs and the people chose health care premiums because it was cheaper.
It should never have been cancelled but once again these phoney conservatives under Ed Stelmach after slashing taxes and royalties chose to make our financial situation a lot worse cancelled them to buy votes.
I can still hear the people telling him not to do it, but like normal these clowns won’t listen and are hellbent at trying to destroy everything Lougheed stood for.
From day one everything with these Reformers has been about trying to destroy everything Lougheed and his MLAs worked so hard to create that made our lives so much better.
I will never forget how upset Lougheed’s MLAs were with Ralph Klein for starting this reign of destruction. Lougheed refused to appear anywhere in public with Klein. He had no use for him at all.
perhaps it is because he respects the basic right that we each get to choose with regard to our body. you are vaxed? what is your fear? you have power and control issues – you may be tool old to change, but otherwise, you should seek help.
