Where’s the enforcement of COVID restrictions?

By Letter to the Editor on December 11, 2020.

Where is our local enforcement of the newest COVID restrictions? Is concern for public safety something that is optional for our police now?
It is clear that many retailers are not abiding by or demonstrating that they care about the 25 per cent occupancy rule. Big-box stores in particular. Parking lots are still jammed, no lineups and streams of people coming and going are testament to the disregard.
Somebody has to care about the public’s safety and it sure will not be those trying to sell stuff. Each member of our police service, including the chief, has sworn an oath to protect the public. Why have they abandoned that oath?

Think of the government as “WE”. Why did not our “ADULT” population not control this pandemic. Are we all that stupid that we have to be “ORDERED” to behave in a certain manner, and then have to blame someone else for the problem. Time for eveeryone to out on their big boy pants.

Now you’re just cut and pasting your misspelled drivel. Maybe use your big boy ‘brain’.
